From late February, the Frootie Food Truck will be out on the road, popping up during the lunchtime window and serving the kind of desserts that make you pause mid-day and think, yes… this was the right decision.

We’re talking proper, soul-hugging puddings:

• Sticky toffee pudding with steaming toffee sauce.
• Chocolate lava cake with that just-broken centre.
• Apple crumble that smells like it knows your childhood.

Served hot. Always comforting. Never over-sweet.

Dessert, But Naught-But-Nice

Frootie was born from a simple idea: dessert should feel good to eat, not just good to look at. And everyone should be able to enjoy them!

That means everything we serve is:

To celebrate hitting the road, we’ll be offering free samples on launch days because the best way to understand Frootie is to taste it for yourself.
